Ultracargo is open for enrollments for its Apprenticeship Program at the Aratu Terminal, in Candeias (Bahia). The initiative is aimed at youngsters from 18 to 23 years, with 50% of positions for women, offering professional qualification for the function of Multimodal Maintenance Operator.
The 12-month duration training, includes both theoretical professional and practical experience developed in partnership between Ultracargo and SENAI Bahia. During the program, trainees will have the opportunity to develop technical and behavioral competencies and learn to know terminal operations routines in loco.
In addition to the financial aid, participants will also count with the professional guidance provided by professionals taking part in the Ultracargo and SENAI Bahia partnership.
How to enroll:
Enrollments must be made on the Gupy platform until October 6, 2026. Youngsters interested in bulk material operations with availability for the theoretical and practical training journey can take part in the program.
The selection process includes registration, selection, evaluation, interview with the leadership, pre-approval and work proposal.
