Ultracargo announced the arrival of Karla Grativol as Executive Director for People, Communication and Sustainability. With wide experience in organizational development, talent management and sustainability, Karla proceeds from Ipiranga, a company of the Ultra Group, boosting integration and synergies between companies of the holding.
Karla, with a degree in Psychology and MBAs in HR and business administration, will lead efforts to enhance Ultracargo’s corporate culture, employee engagement, and progress in the ESG agenda. “I am very motivated to inspire innovative solutions and to evolve along with Ultracargo and its employees,” says Karla.
