On May 7, Ultracargo participated in lectures at Escola Altair da Costa, in Camaçari, as part of the Building the Future Program, promoted by the Industrial Development of Camaçari (COFIC Polo), which offers lectures to public school students with the aim of presenting technical careers and opportunities available in this region.
Saulo Serbeto, terminal manager, represented the company, leading a discussion with students and teachers, sharing his professional career experience and emphasizing how it is possible to build a solid and successful professional journey within the logistics sector and other industrial areas present in the hub. According to him, the reception was extremely positive. “The students participated actively, showing curiosity and interest in the subject, while teachers were engaged and attentive to the purpose of the meeting.”
With this additional initiative, Ultracargo stresses its commitment to social development in the regions it operates, supporting actions that promote access to knowledge and the construction of more promising futures for youngsters. “One of the most memorable moments of the activity came at the end of the lecture, as the conversation addressed topics such as purposes and values. Some participants were moved, highlighting the impact of the conveyed message, and showing the value of the work we at Ultracargo do, especially when we speak about what goes beyond material and financial rewards,” concludes the manager.
